– 14 h 30 Courses enfants minimes. (3 km)
– 15 heures : (Les départs seront communs)
– 14 kilomètres Mixte (+ Trophée Inter Entreprises Ouest)
– 7 kilomètres Mixte.
– Marche rapide et Nordique. 7 kilomètres mixte ( Nouveauté 2018)
