Un nouveau bureau pour l’Enduro des Sables d’Agon-Coutainville a été constitué le vendredi 18 octobre !
Suite à l’annonce du départ de Nicolas Pigasse de son poste de Président, pour des raisons personnelles, l’Enduro des Sables d’Agon-Coutainville a élu un nouveau bureau et a renforcé sa structure : Anne-Marie de Fortescu, jusqu’alors Trésorière, prend la co-Présidence avec Geoffrey Hardy auparavant Vice-Président. Erick Fauchon, qui vient d’ intégrer le Conseil d’Administration a été élu Vice Président, responsable de la communication et du partenariat, avec Philippe Simonne, responsable du balisage. Le poste de Trésorier échoit à Jean-Luc Gourtray – secondé par Christiane Hermabessière. Marie-Claude Lebarbier, (absente sur la photo) conserve son poste de Secrétaire chargée de l’administration interne. Ghislaine Bohly devient Secrétaire chargée de l’administration externe.
Passage de relais réussi donc pour l’équipe de L’Enduro des Sables d’Agon-Coutainville heureuse d’accueillir au sein de son Conseil d’administration Laurent Perez, Président du Club de Coutances Triathon et co-Président du Triathlon d’Agon-Coutainville.
Il a d’autre part été décidé que la date de la 39 ème édition de l’Enduro aura lieu le vendredi 21 août et le samedi 22 août 2019. Une prochaine réunion déterminera les épreuves et les grandes lignes du programme 2020.
Le dossier du triathlon, organisé en partenariat avec le club Coutances-Triathlon sera lui aussi examiné dans les jours à venir.
Anne-Marie De Fortescu : « Pendant 2 ans j’ai eu le plaisir d’occuper le poste de trésorière en collaboration avec Nicolas Pigasse et toute l’équipe de l’Enduro des Sables. Quand celui ci a décidé de quitter le poste de Président, il m’a été évident d’accepter la co-présidence avec Geoffrey et poursuivre l’organisation de cette belle épreuve coutainvillaise avec l’aide précieuse des membres et des bénévoles.«
Geoffrey Hardy : »L’enduro est pour moi une très longue histoire puisqu’elle dure depuis 20 ans. C’est un extraordinaire évènement , dans un cadre magnifique, dans une commune à laquelle je suis très attaché. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir Nicolas Pigasse comme président de l’association « Enduro des sables de Agon-Coutainville » pendant 3 ans. Grâce à son dynamisme, l’enduro s’est développé et modernisé. Anne-Marie et moi souhaitons poursuivre dans cette voie en consolidant les offres de course de ces dernières années afin de conserver et de renforcer la magie de cet évènement. »
Nicolas Pigasse : « Je souhaitais passer la main pour m’engager dans une nouvelle aventure, celle des Municipales. Je reste membre du Conseil d’Administration. Je me réjouis de voir que la structure de l’Enduro se renforce, ce qui est un très bon signe. Heureux de voir – pour la première fois- une femme co-présidente et un jeune co-président ! Je suis fier d’avoir présidé l’Enduro pendant ces trois années, de l’avoir développé avec le précieux soutien de l’équipe qui prend le relais et des bénévoles. En trois ans, nous avons doublé le nombre de participants. La nouvelle équipe, que j’ai promis d’aider, prépare d’ores et déjà la 39ème édition ! Bravo à elle ! J’ai hâte de courir, sous sa direction, le 2ème semi marathon de l’Enduro des Sables d’Agon-Coutainville le 22 août prochain ! »
