Découvrez les parcours de la 38 ème édition de l’Enduro des Sables d’Agon-Coutainville qui aura lieu le 15 août. ( La Nocturne aura lieu elle le 16 août). A noter que tous les départs et les arrivées auront lieu cette année sur l’estran à hauteur des Bains de Mer et du Neptune – Des sas seront aménagés en fonction des épreuves et des niveaux-. Les horaires vous seront très rapidement communiqués.
Si vous avez toujours votre certificat médical de l’an dernier, vous pouvez le conserver, car il est valable un an ! En revanche, vous devez nous le refournir au moment de l’inscription.
Le tracé de la nocturne sera le même que celui de l’an dernier – 7 kilomètres sur la digue avec de nombreux obstacles et une animation renforcée au Passous-
EPREUVES JEUNES : Gratuites !
Toutes les courses jeunes sont gratuites cette année jusqu’au 3 km inclus – Baby, Eveil, Poussins, Benjamins, Minimes- Elles sont payantes à partir des cadets (7 km). Faites passer le message ! – L’Enduro s’est mis en conformité avec la Fédération Française d’Athlétisme et propose une première épreuve Baby de 300 mètres. -2013-2016-

Le parcours 1 km :- Eveils, 2010-2012-
Le parcours Poussins : 1,5 km – 2008-2009-
Le parcours Benjamins -2006-2007- et Minimes -2004-2005 – 3km
LE 7 KM : – Course et Marche-
Les coureurs et les marcheurs feront le même parcours. Mais cette année, le départ des marcheurs sera légèrement différé. Il est ouvert à la Course à partir des cadets – 2002-2003-
Le 14 km : Le parcours traditionnel !
Le SEMI MARATHON : – 21,097 km ! Il est nouveau et son tracé est encore à l’étude. Il dépendra des autorisations finales. Dans les deux hypothèses, il sera totalement sécurisé et encadré par les autorités compétentes.
_ 1er parcours : Coutain-Traversée Baie de la Sienne-Hauteville-Coutain
-2ème parcours : Coutain-Blainville-Gonneville-Pointe d’Agon-Coutain.
Les deux parcours font 21km 031 et nous vous communiquerons très vite le parcours retenus.
